Aurélien, massage therapist in Paris • Certified massage practitioner based in Paris. With a background in therapeutic communication and body-mind approaches, I offer treatments that combine technical skill, mindful touch and emotional awareness. My work is guided by kindness, attentiveness and a deep respect for each person’s individuality.
I have been trained in wellness massage since 2025 (MIKI School Paris, accredited by the FFMBE French Federation of Wellness Massage / Ecole Internationale du Spa, Qualiopi certified) and I am also a practitioner of therapeutic hypnosis and "EMDR" since 2019 (auneuf.fr).
This great moment for yourself is tailored to your needs, to restore your overall balance.
Through holistic "Esalen", Hawaii "Lomi-lomi" and Swedish techniques, you can enjoy a complete, head-to-toe treatment with natural, organic oils, or choose to focus on specific areas such as the back or legs.
Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation or gentle revitalization, this soothing and immersive massage helps release stress, ease muscle tension and restore inner balance.
The 1h30 session is most often preferred by people who want a deeper and more comprehensive release.
For a unique, immersive experience that helps the body and mind unwind.
“ASMR” sound stimulation (based on amplified, gentle sounds that typically trigger “relaxation shivers”—such as crinkling, tapping, and white noise) is combined with a body massage to enhance relaxation.
Every detail is designed to awaken your senses and offer you a deep and unique sense of relaxation, both physical and mental. A one-of-a-kind experience that sparks the imagination, soothes the body, and lets the mind wander.
This option must be requested when booking the massage; rates are the same as for the wellness massage without this option.
For a unique sensory experience that delights the senses.
I offer the option of receiving a massage in total darkness, allowing you to rediscover the soothing power of touch in a whole new dimension and create a complete sensory immersion.
The experience is then perceived through the lens of your other senses, which are enhanced by the total darkness. Without sight, every sensation becomes more intense: hearing, smell, and touch are fully awakened, offering you unique and surprising sensations.
This option must be requested when booking the massage; rates are the same as for the wellness massage without this option.
Massages are not a substitute for medical or therapeutic care, but they can offer you a moment of relaxation and self-care.
Please inform me of any important information before your massage (pain, pregnancy, surgical history, illness, injuries, allergies, etc.). This allows me to adapt the massage safely.
Generally, the massage is full-body, but it is perfectly possible to focus the session some specific areas.
Massage is a sensory experience for relaxation, but is not intended to be sexual at all.
